Shopping as a Member

It's easy for current members to get started. Simply click on the "Profile icon" located at the top right of page, and select "Log-in". On the next page, provide your email and password. Please note; if lost of password please create new password, as we do not have your password saved due to privacy settings. Once you are logged you are ready to shop! 

Shopping as a Non-Member

If you are a non-member, you will need to create an account. In order to make a purchase or view inventory it is require to create an account. Registering will allow you to save items to your wish list, save shipping addresses to your address book, and manage your email preferences. To register, click on the "Profile Icon" located at the top right of the page, and click on "Register". Fill out the form and click create. You may need to check your email for confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges

 Online purchases made through KELZDIDIT.COM are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date. Your return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to one of our stores. Refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.

Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. Jewelry (excluding earrings and body piercings) must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable).

GIFT CARDS, COSMETICS, UNDERWEAR, SELECT LINGERIE, SELECT SWIMWEAR, EARRINGS, BODY PIERCINGS, AND ONLINE ITEMS MARKED “FINAL SALE” MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Gift items purchased online through kelzdidit.com on or after November 14, 2016 are valid for return within 30 days from the ship date. Refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail and will be credited to the original form of payment.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item(s)

Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise to our Online Returns address above within 30 days from the ship date. We will refund the return shipping costs if a copy of the shipping receipt is attached to the Return Form. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. Please note: only standard carrier services will be refunded.

 BY MAIL: Exchanges by mail are only processed for damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped. Exchanges by mail are not permitted for returns from U.S. territories, APO/FPO, and International addresses.

Shipping Information
Processing time is 3-5 days; once items are paid. Shipping Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the following business day.
In general once you receive a email that your order was shipped
  • Only standard delivery is available.
  • Standard delivery usually arrives within 8-13 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.
You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases.

Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone at this time. However, you may order directly from our online website or on your smartphone.

due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

How Do I Check On The Status Of My Order?

 In general, processing time is 3-5 days; once items are paid. Shipping orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the following business day.

After the processing time has past; shipping process time frame takes place between 8-13 days or you can email us at hello@kelzdidit.com. Once items are shipped you will receive an email please expect the following:

WHOLESALE POLICY: Please Review

Effectively September 12, 2016 a 2.9% credit card processing fee will be assessed at the end of check out no sales taxes added* All Buyers are required to be verified by submitting the proper documents before order is fulfilled. Contact us to become verified.

Placing an Order

You can place an order by following these simple steps

Please contact Kelzdidit if you are looking for information becoming a verified buyer. 

  1.  Browse the site for the item(s) you wish to purchase.
  2. When you find the product you are wish to order, it is recommended to view the product's description. This description displays the product's pre-pack details; like the sizes, wholesale price, and the amount of pieces within the pack. For example: Some items come in packs of 5 to 6 units depending on the style.
  3. Enter one (1) in the quantity field to equivalent for one (1) full pack. The subtotal amount will reflect the pack total price.
  4.  If you would like to purchase the items in your cart, select “Check Out.” At this time you must be log-in to make a purchase. Please follow instructions to do so.
  5.  Please enter your shipping address as precisely as possible. If you are signed in to your online account, you can also select “Save to address book” to save the shipping address and speed up the checkout process for your future orders.
  6.  Please note: If you are not offered the option of changing your shipping method, only one method is available for that item. Only those shipping methods that are available will be displayed.)
  7. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase securely for Note*:You are not require to have a PayPal account, you are able to this by selecting the,“pay with other credit/debit card”. Verify your information then complete order. Click “Continue.”
  8. . Please click “Place Order” just once to complete your order. Do not click more than once, as this may result in a duplicate order.
  9.  Review your order confirmation email when it arrives to make sure that it matches your final order.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Kelzdidit reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time. Kelzdidit reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. 

Preorder Policy Please Review

All preorder items have a estimated time frame (ETA) of delivery this means the ETA is an estimated time of arrival time an item will be available at  our warehouse. Preorder updates will be notified through email, or telephone. All estimated dates are subject to change. It is the buyers responsibility to inquire about specific order(s) and to plan accordingly. Pre-order cost must be paid prior to the ETA date to receive pre-order price. Bulk preorders need immediate payment and for seroius buyers only.  Preorders are pre-paid please see cancellation policy.

Due to the Holiday Season - Please call to inquire about the pieces you are interested in buying before purchasing. Inventory is limited.

During the holiday season we recognize that you are busy planning and preparing for many events and parties, and concentrating on providing the best possible service to your customers. To assist you in this process we would like to remind you of some of the practices that allow us to serve you better. Please keep the following information in mind when placing orders online or with our customer service team. Due to increase delivery volume during the holiday season (October through December), orders may take an additional 3-4 days to be delivered. Our warehouse and customer service personal will do everything they can to get your order out as soon as possible. Occasionally, our staff or our couriers may not be able to move all the freight they receive in the same day.

Errors and Omissions
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price as a result of a display or typographical error or an error in pricing information provided by our product suppliers, Kelzdidit shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price. Kelzdidit shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Kelzdidit shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of your original charge.

Please note: Refused or canceled items may change or void coupon discounts or refunds currently appearing on an order.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates will be calculated time of shipment depending on location and weight. Please be aware that not all shipping methods may not be available for all items. *For additional shipping methods please contact us. If a certain shipping method is not displayed, we regret that it is not available for that item.

Shipping Time Frames
Shipping time frames represent the amount of time it takes for the product you have ordered to go from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA to your delivery location. Please remember that your order needs to be processed and approved, prior to shipping. We regret that at this time, we cannot guarantee a specific amount of time for processing and approval. Also note that the shipping/approval/processing time frame comprises business days, not weekends and holidays.

Standard Ground: Standard Ground includes delivery via U.S. Priority Mail, United States Postal Service, UPS Ground. Orders placed via these shipping options are not guaranteed to be delivered within a certain time frame. Standard Ground is generally the least expensive option. Expected delivery is between 3-5 business days, excluding Sunday's and holidays. Buyers are encouraged to buy 30 days ahead of time to ensure order and shipment process.

Expedited Ground: Items upgraded to Expedited Ground will ship via UPS Ground Expedited Ground is not available for all items. Please contact us for this option

2nd Day Air: Items upgraded to 2nd Day Air will ship via UPS Ground or a similar carrier. 2nd Day Air is not available for all items. Please contact us for this option

Overnight: Items upgraded to Overnight will ship via UPS Ground or a similar carrier. Overnight shipping is not available for all items. Please contact us for this option.


*Shipping costs are calculated during time of shipment, based on your location and weight. Your estimated shipping cost will always be as accurate as possible; however, we are unable to provide exact shipping costs until an order is filled. Resident delivery addresses incur a extra fee of $6.25

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO & FPO Addresses
We regret that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and AFO/FPO addresses at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

International Shipping
We currently accept International Shipping; please contact us. 818-934-0378. Kelzdidit will not cover duties and taxes; the buyer agrees to cover their duties and taxes. Shipping rates vary.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We regret that we are unable to ship to more than one shipping address at this time. We suggest that you place multiple orders for items that you would like shipped to more than one address.

Shipping Estimates

Some items, especially pre-order items and special-order items, can take up to several weeks to ship. Please check the shipping time frame on the product description page prior to ordering or contacting us.

You will always be notified via email when your product ships. Please calculate expected time of receipt from the date that you receive the shipping notification email.

Lost Orders

Returns and Cancellations

Return Policy
If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our Return Policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

In general items are non refundable and returnable.

Proper Conditions for Return and Credit 
If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the following conditions exceptions: MUST REVIEW

  •  If you have received the wrong item after delivery, item(s) must be returned within  3 business days after the delivery date
  • If you did not receive a complete pack of the item
  •  Items must not be unworn and all tags must be intact.

Please note: Kelzdidit Wholesale cannot cover the cost of shipping for product returns.

PLEASE REVIEW

Store credit: If an item happens to be out of stock after time of purchase or item on back order, you have the option to select another item for equal or lesser value or receive store credit. Please note store credit is only available for 30 days of purchase; after credit is not redeemable or refundable.

Returning an Item

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within two (2) days of receipt of goods and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. For damaged or defective item return policies, please contact us. Shipping and handling are non refundable. There is a $25 charge for any returned checks

PLEASE NOTE: you will not be allowed to initiate a return beyond 7 days from your date of shipping.

Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final once and items are non-returnable

Mis-Shipments
If you receive an incorrect product, please review your order information to be certain that there were no errors in the order process. If you then determine that you received an item you did not order, please  online and then re-order the correct product. Exchanges
Available when an item is out of stock for equal value. 

Return Shipping Costs
If you refuse your delivery without inspection, miss your delivery appointment(s) or return a non-defective or undamaged product, you will incur original shipping charges along with actual return shipping fees.

In the event that your returned merchandise was mis-shipped, damaged or defective, a Kelzdidit rep will be happy to reimburse you for return shipping costs or arrange to have your return picked up. Please Kelzdidit and we will be able to assist you.

Refund Policy PLEASE REVIEW
Please note, it may take up to 2 billing cycles up to 60 days for a credit to post to your account once your return is received. Generally refunds are non-fundable; however under these circumstances they are issued if you have received an incorrect, damaged or not complete pack of  item(s) or cancelled your order within the 3 days after your purchase date. If you have still not seen a credit post to your account after 2 billing cycles after your refund notification, please contact us or your financial institution. Shipping rates are nonrefundable on returns.

Cancelling an Order
We are committed to processing and shipping your order to you as quickly as possible, please consider items on pre-order and the cancellation policy. As a result, there is a limited period of time after placing your order when we are able to accept a cancellation request. You must cancel your order within 72 hours from your purchase date (3 days). Once you physically receive you order via UPS items are not refundable unless it  meets the proper conditions for return and credit policy. Multiple cancellations can result is suspended buyers account.

If you wish to cancel an item, please email Kelzdidit@gmail.com immediately; please note there is an approval process depending on purchase date.

In the event we are unable to cancel your order because it has been processed or has already shipped, we will contact you via email to provide you with the shipping information. Additional fees can apply, please inquire before making large purchases.

If you feel your order was cancelled in error, please us. We apologize for any inconvenience.
