How do I get a catalog?
A: Our wholesale look book is available by request via email or phone. Contact our sales team
Can I access your wholesale prices?
A: Currently we can only give you access to our wholesale pricelist when you have an account with us.
How can I set up a wholesale account?
A: Setting up an account with us is easy! Go to the upper right hand to find the profile icon then click register to create an account. Once you register for account you have gained access to see our price list. As a buyer you must submit your seller's permit number or business license before purchase. If you are still in the founding or planning phase, just give us a call, and we can let you know what will be needed to set up an account.
A: To submit an order, you need to have a wholesale account with Kelzdidit.
Orders can be submitted by phone, email, and website by the store buyer and/or owner.
A: Your minimum order must be 1 pack (contains 5-6 units) at Kelzdidit.
This is not applicable for custom services
A: Kelzdidit sells products by the pack or case. With each individual pack you can expect to receive; 1 pack or full case of a particular product (same size and color). Buying more than one pack/case is cheapest option for you with shipping.
The number of pieces in a case varies from style to style (and from size to size. Our pricelists indicate the number of pieces in a case for every style, or you can ask one of our friendly customer service representatives.
A: At the moment Kelzdidit does not allow packs to be divided. Our packs are pre-packed with sizes and colors from our warehouse. Buyer(s) must purchase a (1) full complete pack as a minimum. Please note: we do not sell retail at the moment, contact us to request our retailers for individual purchase we be happy to assist you.

A: If you are a US customer, you can track your delivery on the web site of your shipping provider. You will find all the information you need on your order confirmation. Simply enter the tracking number in the appropriate field.

What fabrics and materials do you use?
A: Most of products range in a mixture of polyester, rayon, and spandex material.
We carry high end boutique merchandise. Our inventory in limited. Trending pieces sell out quicker and usually best to purchase when available as restocking is not always
A: We carry an array of sizes from small to 3x. Our garments are designed to flatter almost any body type. Our styles are cut for more contemporary fashion socialite to casual fashion goer.
Medium fits sizes (6-8); Large fits (10-12). XLarge fits sizes (14-16) 2XL fits sizes (18-20) 3XL fits sizes (22-24)
